Privacy Policy
How I handle personal data when you use this site, the chat, the teaser form or checkout. Processing follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What I process and why
- Teaser form: name, email, product URL and your notes, to make your free teaser and reply to you. Legal basis: steps at your request before a contract.
- Chat: the messages you type and your cart, to answer your questions and help you order. If you write your email in the chat, I get the conversation by email so I can reply. Legal basis: steps at your request before a contract. Please do not share sensitive data in the chat.
- Orders: billing details, tax ID and payment status, processed by Stripe, to take payment, issue invoices and meet accounting duties. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
3. No analytics, no cookies
This site loads no analytics or advertising trackers and sets no cookies. Your cart and the open chat are kept only in your own browser's storage, so they survive a page reload; nothing is sent until you chat or check out. Sample videos and fonts are hosted on this site. Stripe's checkout page may set its own cookies to process the payment.
4. Retention
Enquiries are kept for up to 2 years if no contract follows. Contract data is kept for the contract and the 5-year limitation period; accounting records for 8 years where Hungarian law requires it.
5. Processors
- Netlify: hosting and serverless functions. USA, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
- Stripe: payments and invoices. USA and EU, SCC and Data Privacy Framework (DPF).
- Resend: email notifications. USA and EU, SCC.
- OpenAI: generates the chat replies. USA, SCC and Data Privacy Framework (DPF). The chat is sent with storage turned off, and API data is not used to train its models.
6. Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, by writing to info@apexweb.hu. You can complain to the Hungarian authority (NAIH, naih.hu, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11) or to the authority of your own country.
